Born and based in Los Angeles, Cici is a trauma informed yoga instructor, sound healer, and retreat host with over 11 years immersed in the practice of yoga. Specializing in Vinyasa, Yin, Sound Meditation, Yoga Barre, and restorative practices, she creates nurturing, inclusive spaces where students can reconnect with themselves. Through a thoughtful blend of mindfulness, movement, breathwork, and community, Cici empowers others to build  their own strength and self-awareness. Her mission is to make wellness feel accessible, welcoming, and transformative for all.

For more than 12 years, Lisa has guided students through the powerful practices of yoga, breath work, and mindful movement. Her teaching weaves together the intensity of Power Yoga, the surrender of Yin, and the transformative nature of breath to create space for healing, connection, and growth. With a gift for making every student feel seen and supported, she fosters an environment where participants can soften, reset, and return to themselves with greater clarity, strength, and purpose.

Payment Options

We offer two flexible payment options for this retreat:

  • Pay in Full: Secure your spot by paying the full retreat balance at the time of booking.

  • Payment Plan: Reserve your space with a $400 deposit (applied toward your total retreat cost) and split the remaining balance into three installment payments.

Please note that all retreat payments must be paid in full by August 8, 2026.

What Should I Bring?

We recommend bringing:

  • Comfortable clothing for yoga and movement

  • Swimwear for poolside enjoyment

  • Cool layers of clothing for hot desert mornings and evenings

  • Walking shoes or hiking shoes

  • A reusable water bottle

  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat

  • Journal and pen

  • Any personal toiletries or medications

  • An open mind and willingness to rest, connect, and recharge

A detailed packing list will be provided prior to the retreat.

Is Transportation from the Airport Available?

Yes! Shuttle transportation from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is available as an optional add-on for $180 round trip.

LAX is the nearest major airport for attendees traveling from outside the area. Shuttle details and pickup times will be shared closer to the retreat date.

What Are the Sleeping Arrangements?

All accommodations are designed to provide comfort, privacy, and space to fully rest and recharge.

Rooms are assigned as individual accommodations unless you register with someone you know and request to share a room together. We do not pair attendees with unknown roommates.

Do I Need Yoga Experience?

Not at all. This retreat is open to all levels and is designed to be accessible, supportive, and welcoming. You'll be encouraged to move, rest, and participate in ways that feel aligned with your body and needs.

Can I Come Alone?

Absolutely. Many retreat attendees come on their own. This experience is intentionally designed to foster connection, community, and meaningful relationships, so you'll feel welcomed and supported from the moment you arrive.

What Is the Cancellation Policy?

All deposits are non-refundable. Because retreat planning and accommodations are secured in advance, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment, should you feel it’s necessary.
